Game dinner with Jose Souto


Join us and Senior Chef Lecturer in Culinary Arts, Author and keen game Shot, Jose Souto on November 20th to celebrate Taste of Game’s #GBGameWeek.

The evening will begin at 7pm with a seasonal sloe gin fizz cocktail before delving into four delicious courses showcasing the best in British game. You can expect fresh venison, partridge and pheasant as Jose discusses the benefits of British game and the inspiration for this new book, ‘Feathers: The Game Larder’ Signed copies of Jose’s new book will be available to buy on the evening.
