Private Charcuterie Workshop

Enjoy making either salami or sausages during this fun, interactive and very hands on half-day workshop at Parsonage Farm, a small family-run farm in the beautiful northern Hampshire countryside, which has a fine reputation for producing and selling charcuterie and fresh meat, combined with a relaxing overnight stay (dinner and breakfast included) at our riverside country inn.

With our Private Charcuterie Workshop Package, courtesy of The Epicurean Club, you can book your charcuterie experience alongside dinner for two and a stay in one of our lovely en-suite rooms. Experience is available from Monday to Saturday all year round.
